Service has consistently declined in the years I've been taking my children here. The doctors are constantly changing so there's no chance of a healthy relationship for the children. Too many of them shouldn't be in this field. Do yourself a favor and avoid traumatizing your children. STAY AWAY!

I want to leave 0 stars. How do you get blood from a 7 year old that has been neglected, abused, put in foster care and suffers from ptsd? I don't know. Evidently none of the staff at this clinic knows or cares. I thought GOLDHAMMER did, but hey, she's leaving so why put forth the time and effort. I do know, you don't send them to labs where a scary person with no experience with trauma comes at the child with a needle. You don't expect the guardians to hold the child down. You are supposed to figure it out, hence pediatrics. 🙄

I would give this facilities office staff negative stars if it were possible. We’re from the state of California and are traveling with our grandchildren To visit family in Missouri. Our grandson has been sick and his mother really wanted us to get him checked out. We stopped here, they refused to see us because we’re from out of state. Does your staff know the meaning of urgent care? Do they not even care about customer service? The office staff was absolutely rude and inconsiderate to my wife. I would go to the St. Mary’s Urgent Care facility’s instead. They were happy to see us and took care of our grandson.

Appointment was at 1:30 today. It’s currently 2pm we are still in the waiting room. My baby is crying and I’m frustrated. Also them moving is a dumb move on their part as well. No privacy and I feel like I’m exposing my baby to more unnecessary stuff than necessary.

I absolutely love JCMG Pediatrics, Dr Klutho is very hands on and amazing! Definitely takes your concerns seriously and always puts my children first! Definitely would recommend him

The wait was way less than desirable but the care my son received was well worth the late, especially after he was dismissed as a virus just two days earlier at Capital Region Urgent Care in Wildwood. The doctor and nurse were attentive, listened to my concerns and truly seemed as if they cared. We didn’t want a sick little boy on Christmas and we appreciate their due diligence.

I truly appreciate the time and effort this office spends on the welfare of my children and our family. Several of my children were tested for allergies and required EpiPens that my insurance wouldn't cover. The staff went out of their way to ensure we are getting the best prescriptions for the most affordable prices although it took several days and a lot of phone calls.

We are traveling and had to find an Urgent Care for my 7mo old baby. This is nerve wracking on the road but this office made it truly a simple and easy experience and were wonderful with me and baby. To clear up not being seen if you’re not a regular here- it seems that has to do with insurance. So just call ahead and ask. The staff are all so kind. We were self pay and had no problems.
